MECHANICS

  1. The Mango-Eat-All-You-Can activity will be held at the Mango Village, Provincial Capitol Grounds, San Miguel, Jordan, Guimaras. This year, the activity will ONLY INCLUDE RIPE MANGOES.

  2. The registration fee is PHP 100.00 per participant.

  3. Children 7 yrs. old and above will pay full registration fee, while 6 yrs. old below will pay 50%.

  4. There will be 8 batches for Monday-Thursday and 11 batches for Friday-Sunday. Each batch will have a duration of 30 minutes.

  5. Eating shall be done by bare hands.
    If the participant opts to use a knife, spoon, or any aid in eating, they should provide one for themselves.

  6. The activity is strictly self-service.
    A participant can have an additional serving by disposing their peelings and seeds at the designated collection bins. Participants can have additional servings by raising their hands and a designated staff will provide them.

  7. Participants are not allowed to take out unconsumed mangoes.

  8. Participants should strictly observe Clean-As-You-Go (CLAYGO) policy.

POLICY

How early should I book my schedule?

Online booking shall be made at least 24 hours before the preferred schedule.

Participants must strictly adhere to their booking schedule.

Participants should be at the registration area at least 15 minutes before their scheduled batch time for verification and the issuance of their wristband and/or ticket.

Participants who failed to come on time will be re-scheduled to the next available batches within the day.

Only officially registered participants shall be allowed entry into the activity area.

Participants must present proof of booking or valid confirmation upon entry.

All booking payments are non-refundable.

Slots that remain unbooked through the online system before the scheduled batch time shall be allotted to walk-in clients on a first-come, first-served basis.

Walk-in participants shall be accommodated subject to slot availability.

Participants must follow the mechanics set for the activity.

Duplicate email addresses are not allowed as they will only be counted as one booking. The person who booked the group should use their email, and each additional guest must use a different email address.
